I enjoyed reading some of the articles in NetMag.
Thank you for providing an English language version.

Best wishes.

Thank you for your item on HTML tag-completion editors.
One inaccuracy: Bluefish does indeed support syntax colour, and has for some time. I don't know what version you used, but I use 0.6.2, and v.0.7 should be ready soon. I have used almost all of the editors mentioned in the piece, and Bluefish is far and away the best of them.

Cheers,
S.M.

Liked your review of the Cron front ends - I found that TctCron was not mentioned in your review which is a pity because it is such a good utility.
Keep up the good work.

The ftp reference for jslaunch on the jslaunch page don't work. Also it's a bit messy when reading with text only lynx, and some of the HTML must be dodgy 'cos in Lynx some then links merge.

site is good so far.

Answer:
Thanks for this hint. We corrected the URL.
Dear Readers, don't hesitate to report broken links.

But sorry, we can not provide a text-only version to lynx-readers, because we do not have enough server-space for such service.

Nice mag, but still needs to grow and guys, work on your spelling, although it isn't your native language.

An interesting informative magazine. Needs a cartoon strip.

Don't be disturbed by the chauvinism of mono-linguistic folks. Your English is perfectly clear, and lots better than what most of us can do in European languages.

Congrats on your new mag, it s very neat! (btw, in your mp3 encoders review, you forgot to include the best one: LAME (http://www.sulaco.org/mp3/). Faster than any of the ones mentioned by a huge chunk, but i got no idea about sound quality, since i can never tell through my crappy speakers.
Thanks,
Alejandro Dubrovsky
Answer: Thank you for your hint. Half a year ago when the German article was written LAME did not exist. If you like to write a few lines about LAME we will include your text into the next issue and it will also be published in German :->

I browsed thu the first 2 issues of your english edition. I liked the articles because they went to the heart of the matter right away.
I have one suggestion. Please change the format of the articles to one column. This would reduce keystrokes and also read well.
A 2 column reads well on printed media but does not lend well in a browsers where you one has to scroll down/up when moving onto to the 2nd column.
Thanks.
Answer: We got this question for the German issues, too, and the following articles will have just one column. For the fourth issue a printer enhanced version is planned. But we had not enough time to change the first two issues right now.

Looking at ICQ, you should not miss KXicq. Still under develpment, it is very stable.
Look at http://www.kxicq.org/
Answer: Thank you for this hint. We will report about kxicq in our 4th issue. Or you can write a few lines about kxicq if you want to because you know this program much better than we do?
You would help us very much (like everyone else) who writes a short article about a Linux topic. We will translate it to German, too!
Jay Thomas -- Datum: 14.1.1999
Your translation sucks!
What did you do, run it through bablefish?
Later, -J
Answer: I never believed that I am as good as bablefish. Don't kick me, kick my teacher.
